Wolseley’s team of expert technicians have over 20 years’ experience in the servicing and repair of clippers and in blade sharpening. Their expertise is not limited to the Wolseley brand being able to service and repair most types of clippers, depending upon availability of parts, and to sharpen all types of blades. They offer a first class service taking pride in the high standard of their work and the prompt turn around.

Clipper Servicing and Repairs

To ensure that your clippers run smoothly and to prolong their life we recommend that you get them serviced annually by our service team who will also be able to carry out any repairs. All repairs are guaranteed for 6 months. Our clipper service includes cleaning, lubricating, replacing any worn out consumable components (parts not included in service charge). Please ensure that your clippers are well wrapped to protect them against damage in transit before taking them to your nearest Wolseley services agent for delivery to our workshop. We aim to service your clippers within 7-10 days (subject to availability of parts) but for clippers requiring servicing in a hurry please use our Gold Service.

Blade Sharpening

Your clipper blades will need regularly re-sharpening during the clipping season to achieve the best clip and to protect your motor. As soon as they start to get blunt remove and clean the blades, wrap them and either take them to your nearest Wolseley agent or post them directly to the Wolseley service department in the envelope provided (please keep proof of postage). We aim to sharpen blades within 48 hours of receipt but if you require your blades to be sharpened urgently please use our Gold Service.
